Terms and Conditions
The organisers will take the utmost care to fulfil all the listed benefits. The following Terms and Conditions apply to ALL Sponsorship Packages:

Confirmation of sponsorship is not final until payment has been received.

Payments of sponsorship monies are required at the time of your booking.

Sponsorship benefits may not be fulfilled if full payment has not been received.

Promotional offers must be confirmed with the organisers by 15th March 2026.
- Sponsorship will be accepted upon payment subject to availability and confirmation of acceptance by the organisers.
Cancellation Policy

- If the sponsorship package is cancelled and can be resold to another sponsor, the applicant will receive a full refund, less administrative fee of 20% of the total sponsorship rate. If not able to be resold, the company will be liable to pay the following fees:

- 50% of the total sponsorship fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing before 15th March, 2026.

100% of the total sponsorship fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing after the 15th March, 2026.

Any refunds will be made after the event.
In the unlikely event that the organisers of the Summit cancel the event, sponsorships will be refunded in full. In the event that the Summit is able to be rescheduled, sponsorship offerings will simply be transferred to the new date.
