FBIS 2026 Training Day (Day 2)

To complement the Future Building and Infrastructure Summit 2026, LCANZ will host a Post-Summit Training Day on Tuesday 11th August 2026. While the Summit focuses on leadership insights, industry transformation and system-level change, the Training Day is designed to move from eye-opening discussions to practical application.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore proven methods used internationally to improve project performance, collaboration and decision-making on complex construction and infrastructure projects. Each course provides a practical introduction to a specific Lean method or delivery approach that organisations can apply immediately within their own projects and teams.

Training sessions will run in parallel across multiple locations TBC, allowing participants to select the course most relevant to their interests and role. All training courses are delivered by experienced practitioners and educators with direct experience applying these methods on real projects.

Registration for the Training Day is available as an add-on option through the FBIS ticketing.
